Remedies for Passing Off
In the event of innocent passing off, the following remedies may be available: (a) an injunction; (b) nominal damages; (c) an account of profits; (d) an order to conceal marks or repackage; (e) an order for the delivering up or destruction of the offending articles; and (f) declarations of rights.
