The address provided by a party involved in court proceedings to the court and/or the opposing party, where all the official documents are sent.
Delivery of information pertaining to the proceedings is required. Notices sent to that specific address, such as the address of his attorneys, are legally obligatory for the parties involved. The pertinent regulations are found in Part 6 of the Civil Procedure Rules.
