According to the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), judgments and orders mandating monetary payments (including costs) can be enforced through several mechanisms, such as a writ of fieri facias or warrant of execution; a Third Party Debt Order; a charging order; an attachment of earnings order; and the appointment of a receiver. According to Part 70 of the CPR, a judgment creditor may employ any available enforcement mechanism and may utilize multiple methods concurrently or sequentially. Judgments for land possession may be enforced through a writ of possession or a warrant of possession. Judgments for the delivery of goods may be enforced by a writ of delivery or a warrant of delivery.
