It is a prohibited act under section 3 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. A person is exploited if any of the following conditions are met: slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labor; sexual exploitation; removal of organs for commercial purposes; services secured by force, threats, or deception; services secured from minors and vulnerable individuals. Arranging or facilitating the travel of another individual with the intention of exploiting them is a criminal offense, regardless of whether the individual consents to the travel (human trafficking).
