The Sexual Offences Act 2003 establishes a number of offenses, all of which were previously classified as incest, that pertain to sexual activities among family members. These offenses include inciting a child family member to engage in sexual activity (s. 25) and engaging in sexual activity with a child family member (s. 26). Sexual activity encompasses any intentional sexual contact. The utmost penalty is fourteen years of imprisonment.
