A paraphilia defined by persistent sexually stimulating fantasies, sexual desires, or behaviors related to a partner with an amputated leg. It is present in both heterosexual and homosexual men and women and must be distinctly differentiated from apotemnophilia. Individuals with acrotomorphilia frequently identify as devoted.
