Pharmacology - Beclometasone 
Treatment with Beclometasone 
Both the hyperreactivity and the inflammatory delayed phase are reduced and reduced respectively. There will be no impact on the immediate phase.

Mode of Action 
Reduces the activation of immune cells and the production of mediators, particularly cytokines among immune cells

Administered by inhalation using a metered-dose inhaler; the full effect does not take place for several weeks.

Use in Clinical Settings 
In the event that bronchodilator therapy is not sufficient, this is added. In cases of acute severe asthma (status asthmaticus), intravenous administration of glucocorticoids, such as hydrocortisone, can be life-saving.

Adverse Reactions
Throaty voice; oral candidiasis (also known as thrush).Regularly administered high dosages of inhaled corticosteroids have the potential to be absorbed, which can result in adrenal suppression as well as other complications.
