​Pharmacology - Clomifene 
With its action on the anterior pituitary, clomifene inhibits the negative feedback action of endogenous oestrogens, which in turn leads to an increase in the release of gonadotrophin within the body.

Orally administered.

To treat infertility, clinical use is applicable.

Adverse Effects
Menopausal-like hot flushes; ovarian hypertrophy. There are instances of visual signs (following images).
Disturbances of the GIT may be place.
